Night One - Portland Track Festival by Scott Bush

The women's 5,000m and 10,000m races were the stars of night one at the Portland Track Festival Saturday. Congratulations to Emily Infeld and Desi Linden on their big wins.

Emily Infeld
Runs a PR to win the women's 5,000m in 15:07.19, edging out teammate Shalane Flanagan.

Shalane Flanagan
The Olympian and American record holder runs the first 5,000m on the track in some time, narrowly losing to teammate Emily Infeld in 15:11.15

Desi Linden
The Hansons-Brooks runner rocks the women's 10,000m, winning in 32:50.93 and qualifying for the USATF Outdoor Championships.

Kara Goucher
The former Portland resident comes back and runs to a fourth place finish in 15:40.81 in the women's 5,000m.

Sara Hall
Hall qualified for the USATF Outdoor Championships finishing a very close second in 32:50.96 in the women's 10,000m, her first 10k on the track since college.
